Book Review: Brand New Start by Mainak Dhar
Brand New Start

Rating: 4/5
Personal branding is a technique that plays a very important role in the success of any individual. This technique involves a conscious and intentional effort to create or influence public opinion about an individual. Sadly, not everyone knows the ways of the world. That’s where this book comes into play. Brand New Start by Mainak Dhar is a non-fiction book that will help one realize the power of personal branding.
Written with absolute precision and target audience in mind, this book is a self-help book that takes the reader through the process of making oneself ready to achieve success. Neatly structured, this book begins with a genial introduction where the author expresses his intention and states his purpose. He then goes on to explain the importance of personal branding. Using the ADDA model of personal branding, he also emphasizes the need to spread and share love, kindness and knowledge. I liked this book because of its immaculate layout and clarity of expression. There is no vaunt, there is no mention of ideas that are usual and common. Hence, it is interesting to know about self-value and use that value to encash the opportunities that open up. Generally, I find non-fiction books redundant but this one won my heart because of its intelligent writing.
Overall, Brand New Start is light but useful read that not only inspires the readers to strive for success but also leaves them with a reflection about self.
Best wishes to the author!
