The book is extremely useful as it bursts many myths that surround food items. The author’s prowess to categorize the food items based on the problems that are common to all like hair fall, mood swings, hormonal imbalances, combating the pollution in the environment, immunity boosters, etc is commendable. That makes reading easy and understandable.

I have read many books that are as comprehensive as this one and I cannot judge this book based on what I have already read. What I can say is that if you are looking for a guide that will help you get fit at home by changing your food habits, this book passes the muster. You will enjoy reading and executing the action plan.
